- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Always kept waiting even sometimes just to be served, I have a pet hate of shops where the staff feel their time is more important than the customers, the pharmacy can be hit and miss as if you expect to collect prescription even when it is ready, you may be unlucky enough to find the pharmacist is having coffee or lunch or in worst circumstance has gone home and shop staff wont let you have your medication. This is and always has been a shop where the staff feel they are allowed to treat customers badly, I have even written to boots head office, but, nothing has ever changed.by Rick TraversOctober 24, 2017
